Drop-in visits provide reliable care while you’re away, allowing pets to remain in the environment they know best rather than adjusting to an unfamiliar setting.
Each visit is tailored to your pet as an individual, with a focus on maintaining routine while supporting both physical and mental well-being. Care may include feeding, fresh water, medication administration, litter box cleaning, potty breaks, enrichment activities, and companionship.
Visits are designed to provide a thoughtful balance of routine, physical activity, mental stimulation, and interaction based on your pet’s age, personality, and comfort level.
With a background in veterinary medicine, visits also include attentive monitoring for subtle changes in appetite, behavior, mobility, or overall health.
What’s Included
During drop-in visits, care is tailored to your pet’s individual routine and may include:
• Feeding and fresh water
• Medication administration (if needed)
• Litter box cleaning or yard cleanup
• Potty breaks for dogs
• Enrichment activities, mental stimulation, and playtime
• Basic grooming tasks such as brushing if requested
• Home care tasks like bringing in mail or watering plants if discussed
After each visit, you’ll receive a detailed report through the client portal with notes, photos, and a summary of your pet’s care. Check-in and check-out times, along with location verification, are recorded for added accountability.
Visit Length Options
Drop-in visits are available in two standard lengths depending on the level of care your pet needs:
30-Minute Visit
Ideal for quick check-ins, midday potty breaks, or pets who are comfortable with shorter visits.
60-Minute Visit
Allows additional time for exercise, enrichment, and extra attention for pets that benefit from longer visits. Ideal for multi-pet households.
Cat-Only Homes
For households with only cats, a reduced visit rate is available.
Care during these visits remains the same and is tailored towards your cat’s individual needs, routine, and personality. The adjusted pricing simply reflects the typically lower time demands of cat-only households.
Visits may include feeding, fresh water, litterbox maintenance, medication administration if needed, enrichment, interactive play or maybe just snuggles — all based on your cat’s comfort level.

To ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality care:
All pets must be disclosed in the household profile
Behavioral concerns such as aggression or escape tendencies must be communicated in advance.
Adequate food, medications, and supplies must be provided for the duration of care.
These policies help ensure visits remain safe and consistent for both pets and sitter.
Service requests are managed through the client portal.
